The location was comfortable, just a short walk away from a family-friendly zoo. The area was safe right by several good restaurant and good metro connection to Porto. The room was new-fashioned with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom👌👌
The breakfast was cold.

Nice clean room with all the necessities available. Friendly and helpfull staff.
We had a room at the front which was very noisy due to all the traffic in the street below. The car noises that went on till long after midnight were intensifief by the cobbles with which the street was paved!

The Junior Suite offered a comfortable space with tasteful decor. A voucher for welcome drinks at check-in adds a nice touch that makes you feel appreciated right off the bat.
The parking situation is a hassle. There's no on-site parking and finding a spot nearby is tricky, leading to a trek up some cobblestone streets with your luggage. Some basic amenities, like a kettle in the room, were missing and required a request for hot water.

We arrived quite late at Hotel Parque due to delays at the airport namely, passport control and collecting our car rental. We also experienced difficulty in finding the hotel. However, my wife and I received an extremely warm welcome on our arrival by the charming Receptionist and also the young gentleman who showed us to our room. After a good nights sleep, we enjoyed a good breakfast the next morning prior to departure and continuing our onward journey to the Douro valley. We chose the hotel for its proximity to Porto Airport, Parking facility, and also well situated to enable us continue our onward journeyonto the Douro valley.
The only drawback as such was finding where exactly Hotel Parque was situated due to the one-way traffic system. Due to circumstances beyond our control as outlined above, we finally arrived at Hotel Parque feeling tired.
